Hickman House

It's almost August- AUGUST people. Where in the heck has this year gone? We really have gotten so much wedding planning done in the last month- it's so surreal to see things coming together. After months and months of planning and bouncing ideas around to actually putting things together- it really has become my favorite part so far. Everything is coming together just how we envisioned it! I just have to insert here how much I LOVE my parents and in-laws. They really have gone above and beyond to give us everything we've wanted and make the wedding of our dreams come true. We can't say thank you enough and we love you dearly.

 Any who, last weekend Sam's family threw us a shower on Lake Waccamaw. We had so much fun getting to spend time with the Hickman's and all our other friends and family that came out to shower us. It was so beautiful and we had such a blast. We are so thankful and blessed to have both families that support us.  I could probably stare at the lake all day, it's that beautiful.

















We had so much fun being all together and we can't say thank you enough to our family and friends!
5 months, 5 months, 5 months!!

With all that exciting news out the way- on to wedding updates. Drum roll please....
We finally sent out save the dates last week! Yayyy! It was so awesome seeing all the tweets, instagram pictures, and facebook pictures of our friends and family getting them! We are so blessed with great people in our lives and we can't wait to be spending that special day with them! We also crossed off booking our honeymoon as well. WHOOP! In 5 months, 1 week, and 7 days  Sam and I will be spending the week here:



 

So excited to spend our first week as husband and wife relaxing, stuffing our faces with good food, and riding some awesome rides in Florida. Oh I am counting down the days.

We also have another shower this weekend at the lake that we are so excited for! We can't wait to see everyone and spend some time with them! Our hearts are so happy! It has been a super busy summer but it has been one of the best summers yet. Time is flying!

Well we had our very first wedding shower today and let me just say we had the best time. All our friends and family worked so hard and the shower was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to everyone who was there and who helped out- we appreciate everything and are so very blessed. Our first shower was a baseball theme, Braves of course. We even had our own popcorn bar, boiled peanut station and a pie eating contest! We knew nothing about the shower but when we got there we were so excited- everything was so us! Leave it to a D'Agnese/Hickman Shower to become a pretty competitive field day extravaganza! We can't say thank you enough to everyone today, we are so loved and we appreciate it more than words can even say.






























We got so many beautiful things and got to spend the day with beautiful people.Thank you again to everyone! We are loving this special season of life and can't wait to use all our goodies in our new place come December!
